Meet Molly!

Molly McCarthy is an experienced educator with over 16 years of classroom teaching experience and more than 5 years of tutoring experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Lake Superior State University and completed her teaching certification through Spring Arbor University.

Molly is passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve success through engaging, individualized instruction. She has experience supporting learners across a variety of academic subjects and enjoys creating positive learning environments where students feel encouraged to participate, grow, and develop a love of learning.

At Speech & Smile, Molly teaches academic enrichment and literacy-based learning opportunities while incorporating interactive activities that make learning both meaningful and enjoyable. Her dedication to student success, combined with her enthusiasm for education, helps learners feel supported as they strengthen their skills and confidence.

In addition to her work as an educator, Molly is a talented artist who enjoys creating and exhibiting her artwork at local art shows. Her creativity and passion for learning inspire the students she works with every day.
