Let's Practice the R Sound! Games, Reading, and Communication Skills

One-on-One ONLINE Class | 50 Minutes | Ages 6–15 | Cost $95

Does your child need extra practice with the R sound? In this engaging one-on-one class, learners will strengthen their R sound skills through interactive activities designed to build confidence, communication, and speech sound awareness.

During this 50-minute individualized session, learners will practice R sounds in words, phrases, sentences, reading activities, and conversation. Activities may include games, digital learning tools, visual supports, vocabulary-building exercises, reading passages, and guided speaking opportunities tailored to the learner's needs and interests.

This personalized format allows learners to receive focused practice and individualized feedback while participating in motivating and age-appropriate activities. Sessions are designed to be positive, encouraging, and engaging while helping learners build confidence in their communication skills.

In This Class, Learners Will:

• Practice the R sound in words, phrases, sentences, and conversation
• Build confidence using the R sound during speaking activities
• Strengthen communication and self-monitoring skills
• Participate in reading and vocabulary activities
• Engage in interactive games and speech sound challenges

Classes are taught by Kailey Riker, M.A., CCC-SLP, a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist with more than 14 years of experience supporting children's speech, language, literacy, and communication development.

This educational class focuses on speech sound awareness, communication, reading, and speaking practice through engaging and individualized learning experiences.
