I'm updating my review to apologize to the owners. I should have contacted them directly before posting. They addressed my shipping concerns in a more than fair manner, and I sincerely appreciate their responsiveness. While my initial review (below) regarding slow shipping stands, I want to acknowledge their excellent customer service and willingness to resolve issues. I'm giving Speech & Smile a one star review because while the products themselves are okay quality, the overpriced shipping is consistently and frustratingly slow. I understand that cost-effective shipping is important, but the extended delivery times are unacceptable, especially for professionals who need these items in a timely manner. If you're a therapist or anyone who relies on receiving supplies quickly, be aware that you'll be waiting a significant amount of time. I hope the company considers providing faster shipping, because the delivery experience is a major drawback.

Speech & Smile has been wonderful to work and coordinate with on creating a speech kit that corresponds to my book on inclusivity for kids! It was super important to me to work with someone who is equally as passionate as I am about inclusion and acceptance and I love that the Speech and Smile team shares that passion.

I love the book crates and mini objects from Speech and Smile, and so do my clients! I use the minis in literacy activities for language targets as well as speech sound targets. Many of them can fit into my Pop the Pig and Burping Bobby games, so we’ve had fun using them this summer in different ways. I’ve also used them in plastic eggs with my dinosaurs theme (Dino eggs), sensory boxes with kinetic sand, and in the treasure boxes/presents from Learning Resources. Kids love them, and my therapy planning is a lot easier!

I purchased the say and play putty kits. The kids I work with at school LOVE to request to play with them. I love all the language opportunities as well as articulation opportunities you have with her materials. I highly recommend her materials to help keep you kids engaged and wanting to request/turn take more.

Speech & Smile, LLC has been a perfect fit for our Speech Therapy needs. Jill has been flexible, accommodating and genuinely cares about the progress that our daughter is making. The sessions are timed to take full advantage of Addy's attention span and she keeps everything fun/engaging. Addy is comfortable in the setting and is already attached to Miss Jill. I absolutely love how they provide take home materials in which we can use in between sessions and checks in often to see how the tools provided are working. We highly recommend the speech kits available within Etsy shop to pair with services too. Excited about the progress that our daughter is making and looking forward to continuing our relationship with Speech & Smile, LLC.

Cannot recommend Jill highly enough! Our son struggled with a tongue and lip tie and had corrective surgery in early toddlerhood. Our surgeon recommended speech therapy since he would need to relearn how to use his tongue and lip free of ties. Upon doing some research we decided to go with Jill because of her kind personality, outstanding communication and the boutique style of her office. We felt that it would be the least intimidating type of therapy for our son. When we went to his first appointment, we were amazed at how comfortable our son was. He immediately started playing and communicating with her as if he knew her his whole life. She provided tips and suggestions on things we can do from home which proved to work before we even left her office! Over the course of the next month, we worked with him from home and he was showing lots of progress. Jill even took the time to check in on him and see if we needed assistance or support until his next appointment. During his second appointment, he continued to show improvement and cried when we had to leave her office! He is to a point where we no longer feel we need to see her on a regular basis. He is even continuing to show improvements with the tips and tricks she gave us from his last appointment! She truly invests her time and heart into each child she sees and you can see that from the moment you walk into her office and meet her. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be staying in touch for any future needs!

I have been using the products created by Speech and Smile for at home speech therapy for the last year.
