Instructions:

2. The Speech & Smile Shop receives the order.
3. Codes are generated after ordered. You will receive the gift card (within 24 hours) that includes a manually generated unique code to download and print or email to the recipient. *This is the code the recipient must enter when placing an order.
4. Valid for one year after the month of purchase.

NOTE: You will receive a notification from ETSY that your gift card is ready to download. This download will include the image gift card with a code. And a second image with instructions for the recipient on how to use the gift card. A third optional image of a generic card if needed for gifting.

- Q: What if this E-Gift Card gets lost or I forget it?
- A: No worries, please send a message and we will look it up on our system.


- Q: Do I need to activate the E-Gift Card or code?
- A: After you purchase, we will manually set up a unique code for each gift card in the Speech & Smile shop to save on Etsy's system.
Etsy will send you the E-Gift Card with the code via email for you to download or print, whoever has that code can redeem it at any time, in the Speech and Smile shop on Etsy.

- Q: How to redeem the E-Gift Card?
- A: Before submitting the order, add your code on the E-Gift Card at check out where it says “Apply Shop Coupon Code”. The total amount needs to be exact or more than the paid E-Gift Card.

* Exp. If you want to use all of the $50 E-Gift Card, the total amount before checkout has to be &50 or $50.05etc. to redeem.

We recommend buying two E-Gift Cards in smaller amounts so they can have a balance in case they want a lower item price.


- Q: Does the E-Gift Card have an expiration date?
- A: Yes, it is valid for 1 year from the month of purchase. The date will be shown on the E-Gift card
